About New Home Construction
One of our divisions deals with the framing of new homes for local and non-local builders and do-it-yourself home builders.
Most of the new home framing we do is, in fact for the do-it-yourself people; those that want to save money from the general contractor process. This is not for everyone, but if you have what it takes to tackle such a new home project, we can help.
The most important part of a new home is the framing. It needs to be plumb, level, and square; no matter what.
We have framed over 40 new homes since our inception; all over the state of Minnesota and in Alaska as well.
We have expertise, experience, quality workmanship, and affordable pricing.
All we need is a blueprint and we can take it from there.
Most of these jobs are for clients that do not live in our area. Many are from out of town; too far away to be around during the framing process, but this is not a problem as our experience allows us to build without a present customer worrying about whether or not his or her job is being done properly: on time, on budget, and built with integrity and quality.
Our prices are final. We will not add anything, unless it is an add-on, or a change by the customer. We are professionals, we will treat you right!
Sometimes you may want to have more than just a frame-up of your new home. In addition to framing, we can also finish the exterior of the home, leaving you only the interior to finish. This, in all fairness, is the easiest part for you.
We can frame it, roof it, side and soffit it, build decks, porches, etc., basically a lock-up home.
We can, as well, give you general contracting services if you need them, but try looking at the alternative, as it is the least expensive option for you.
We have a list of willing referrals, so don't be afraid to ask.
